Juliet Headley dream career during school was all about good food and service.

At the age of sixteen Juliet moved to New Zealand to take on her first full time job, and this where she was introduced to hospitality .....on the water. What a great blend?

The beautiful Milford Sound was an amazing start for this journey and then to follow, back in Australia, the lovely Hawkesbury River NSW, Sydney Harbour, Great Barieer Reef QLD, Jarvis Bay NSW and Swan River in WA.

Although most of her experience was focused on the Hospitality side of things after many years, deckhanding and the basic nautical knowledge came with enviroment .

Through her career these rolls varyied from Purser, Cruise Director, Stewardess and Deckhand.

Juliet then made her way over to Antibes in the South of France to step up to crewing in The Superyacht industry.

This also brought opportunities to follow this up with more superyachts on her return to Australia and private teaching of specialised subjects in a private International Steward/ess Course.

Once Chris and Juliet established CJH Yachts in 1999, Juliet then took her hand to the tools and completed the equivalent of a 1st year apprenticeship in Cabinet Making.

This has provided her with skills to benefit the running of the business with a more sound knowledge and understanding of materials and  tools.

Over the years it has been part and parcel of her roles in management to have a sound knowledge of accounting and this is now her main role in the business.

Sounding some of the new idea's and dreams for the future with Chris and the crew is very exciting!
